The delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. If you choose the free shipping option, your order will be delivered within 48 hours. However, for express delivery within Nairobi, you must place your order before 3 PM to receive it on the same day. Please note that express delivery incurs an additional Sh. 500 fee.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please report the issue to our help desk. A team member will then assist you and advise you on the next steps.
Yes, you will receive a digital invoice via email immediately after you place your order. The email will contain a summary of your purchase and all payment details for your records.
